It's been an interesting month for me individually and for the men's and women's teams since the last time I wrote. We have had quite a few ups and downs, a lot of successful meets, records broke, dealing with injury, stress, and a lot of surprises...but putting all that aside, there is only one meet that really counts. Cross Country is funny like that. At the end of the season, only one race matters. Only one chance. Understanding that it's easy to see how anything can happen. Next Saturday will be our Conference meet held in Mississippi, and we are definitely doing everything we can to get ready. We all have our goals and expectations, and each day that passes the intensity grows. For many of us this will be our last Conference meet, and after competing together since 06, a chance to make some more awesome memories.
